Pan Fried Asparagus

  • 1 Bundle of Fresh Asparagus (roughly 4 servings)
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp onions, chopped


  1. Put coconut oil in pan, and allow to heat up. (Doesn’t take long at all)
  2. Put garlic and onions in pan and sauté.
  3. Place Asparagus in pan and let fry!

As I stated in my green bean recipe, I like my veggies on the crisp side, not super tender. If you want them more on the tender side, steam prior instead of placing directly in pan.
