Pan Fried Asparagus
- 1 Bundle of Fresh Asparagus (roughly 4 servings)
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp onions, chopped
- Put coconut oil in pan, and allow to heat up. (Doesn’t take long at all)
- Put garlic and onions in pan and sauté.
- Place Asparagus in pan and let fry!
As I stated in my green bean recipe, I like my veggies on the crisp side, not super tender. If you want them more on the tender side, steam prior instead of placing directly in pan.
