Monday - Yellow Smoothie

This recipe was found on THE DOMESTIC GEEK‘s Youtube page.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Yoplait Greek 100 and it came out to be pretty much the whole container)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana, chopped
  •  1 tsp grated ginger

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add liquids and yogurt first. (Unless you have a bullet type blender like me, then put it in last!) You want the liquid to be closest to the blade…
  2. Add in fruit.
  3. Enjoy!

SERVING SIZE = WHOLE GLASS
EACH SERVING = 4 POINTS +
