I can not get out of the 270’s.
So this week was a gain. I know that this is a journey, so I should not get mad at myself. Plus, after my last weigh in I actually did so June 29, I just totally ate junk, so I knew there would be a gain.
It’s a new week.
A new week to make great choices.
Hopefully, I can walk and do exercises. Due to a person who shall not be named, I can’t walk well, or bend my knee without pain in my quads area. So working out for the past couple days… has not been happening. It’s getting there though. Maybe I’ll just work on upper body… we’ll see!
again I say… FRUSTRATION.
