Brings my total since the beginning to 9.2 lbs lost. Hey, I’ll take it! I’m only moving forward from here, not looking back!

What else am I doing today… well I’m planning out my menu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, AM Snack, PM Snack) today in my new calendar book I got. This is actually pretty fun! After I finish this I’m going to dust and get some stuff done. Then I gotta do some “last-minute-get-outside-because-this-is-one-of-the-last-warm-days-we’re-going-to-get-before-it-snows-and-gets-cold-outside” stuff.

UPDATE!

Hey guys! So sorry I haven’t been around, even though I said it was my goal to post something every day! So what has been happening with me lately? I have been swamped with work. I just really haven’t been home, and when I am home, I’m spending time with my pups and family. The other time that I’m not at home or work though, I am working out at the gym. I LOVE THE GYM! I really don’t know why it took me this dang long to join! I spent a whopping four hours there on Halloween morning. I’ve turned into a gym rat. It’s crazy to me!

I also have some big news… I lost 3.6 pounds this last week! Yay! So happy and proud of myself! Just gotta keep up the awesome work and keep moving forward. Whoohoo!!
