Spinach Chips
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach (2 handfuls)
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1/2 – 1 Tbsp olive oil *(I used only a 1/2 but the actual recipe says 1 Tbsp)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Massage oil into spinach until all leaves are completely coated. (I put the oil into a big gallon freezer bag, then add the spinach.) Add italian seasoning and salt, combine until evenly dispersed. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place leaves on the parchment paper so that they arent overlapping (this will allow them to cook evenly). Bake for 9-12 minutes until crispy. ***Make sure you watch closer to the end of baking… They burn fast and easily!*****
